This was really good. It reminded me of when my trainers were teaching me when I used to ride English. But we did not have bio kinetics. Our trainer was like Michael and could see what we were doing and would be calling out what we needed to improve on. English and dressage riding teach you so much more about balance. How do use your body correctly to get calm results from your horse & the proper collection. I love that you were learning this to Kendra and showing other people. Dear Horse friends, The 21 Days of Attunement course is what Kendra said it would be and more! I just completed Week 3 of the on line videos. I took lots of notes that I will transcribing for myself to take to the barn when working with my horses. I am a very precise individual through my career as a surgeon. I need explanations to understand the principles behind the movements, the correct biomechanics to make it work for me and my horses. I am a new rider who does not know all of your jargon but what I do know is that I am going to learn it right the first so I don't have to undue bad habits. The experts Kendra has teamed up with as knowledgable, experienced and excellent communicators and teachers. I know I am not wasted my precious time. I will be moving on to the Master Class.
